I am looking to do a 308 built and I am having problems finding a 308 specific buffer for sale as a single piece. Do I need a special buffer for the 308 or will just any buffer work with a 308 buffer spring? I already have a bunch of stocks sitting around and do not want to buy a 308 specific stock kit, just to get a buffer.
