I am going to be buying my first AR, and i am getting S&W M&P15 OR-MOE, i just want to know some opinions on how good a rifle they are, and if i should get something else, i have 1,000 to spend and do not know much about building my own, so that is why i am more than likely going to go with the S&W because i have an M&P 15-22 and i love it so i figured that i would give there real M&P 15 a shot.

I wasn't aware they made an optic ready MOE. I like my M&P MOE  a lot, don't regret the $900 I paid for it. Everyone touts the 1 in 7 twist but mine shoots 75 grain TAP fine.
Go for it

Yeah i found it at Cabela's for 999, i really like the looks of it a lot, and if need be i can switch out my magpul ctr stock that is on my 15-22 for the regular one on the AR, that way i wont have a wobbly one, plus i belive that it is 1-9 twist on this one.

You can save $200 bucks if you go with Spikes M4 or Middy. They make a better quality rifle for less money. Look here.

I built my rifle from scratch so I don't have one personally, but if you check the specs on each rifle, the Spikes is clearly the better made piece.

i see that most of you say to get a spikes, i like them but i do not want an A2 front post site i hate them, and i don't see any rifle that they offer that does not have one, does that mean that i would be stuck with it or can it be removed?

similar thread link

I have a S&W MP15OR and it is a nice rifle, but I believe the spike's rifle is the best deal going right now.  If I had to do it over again I would have bought the spikes.   Am I going to sell my S&W to buy the spikes?.....No.  When funds allow I will buy a spikes.  There customer service is top notch, their rifles are built to a standard, and their CEO answers questions and posts on this site.

After a quick glance I only see one rifle without the front sight post and it is out of your given price range.

Check out BCM then link you could get this upper w/ bcg for $760 and this lower for $250 link

edit:  Found an upper on spike's site for $675 link and the $250 lower link If you do order spikes make sure to use coupon code ARFCOM for a 5% discount.

I understand your reluctance in not wanting to put together a rifle, but putting an upper and lower together would be as easy as putting two legos together.

If you give them a call, they can build one for you without the FSP. They are very helpful!

Give Spikes a call.  It is a better rifle for less money and they'll build you whatever you want and work with you to find something that works with your price range.
