I understand a certain former SF,and consultant to Colt has a patent on a certain bullet design and has been offered 7 figures plus... too rent the license for such with the object of suppling multi millions of rounds to the US Army.Go ahead and flame away you soothsayers and I will post in a year or so when you hear of the results.It digs into glass windshields,tumbles upon entry to soft tissue,penetrates hard tissue first,lead free.Go Mikey!

I mentioned something like this a few months ago when a buddy came back from training and mentioned a new round as you described. At the time he thought it was a 65 but was close. He said it's a ways out yet.....
