Hey guys I want to build an AR15 sniper rifle and was wondering if you had any suggestions and what size clip you think is sufficient also would a silencer be a good investment?

wow...

Edit:

First better find out if it is legal to posses a silencer where you are

Second do some research, read some, learn some before you buy anything

Edit:

We dont say clip, we say "magazine"

- You need a 1 round clip since the sniper's motto is "one shot, one kill"

100 round drum clip should be about right.

Silencers are for wimps that don't like the soothing hum of tinnitus in 20 years. Don't be a wimp.

Anything else I can help you with?

There a million suggestions for what you describe, "AR sniper rifle"

My suggestion is to look at the picture forum and see what you like. Do a lot of reading on this forum and learn.

If you want a gun you will be happy with for a long time, you can't rush into it. You have to learn all there is to know about ARs. That way, when you make your purchase, you know exactly what you want and why you want it.

ETA: Fully enclosed ammo holder = magazine.

My suggestion is KEEP TO THE SUBJECT and answer the man's questions.  No more snide comments, this is not GD.

Thank You.
