There a million suggestions for what you describe, "AR sniper rifle"
My suggestion is to look at the picture forum and see what you like. Do a lot of reading on this forum and learn. If you want a gun you will be happy with for a long time, you can't rush into it. You have to learn all there is to know about ARs. That way, when you make your purchase, you know exactly what you want and why you want it. 
ETA: Fully enclosed ammo holder = magazine.
