I'm getting ready to start a build and am thinking about a Rock River lower to start. Should I stay with RR for upper and small parts or look elsewhere?

Thanks, Tom

I used RRA lowers for two of my builds, but was able to save a bit of money through buying CMT uppers instead.  They come with T-numbers but w/o the RRA logo.  The color match and fit are as good as RRA uppers.  I would recommend comparing CMT, Stag, and RRA uppers before you buy.  Technically they'll all made at the same place

Regarding the small parts, you can't go wrong with RRA or Stag LPKs.

You didnt mension what type of upper you where looking at.

I know its hard but put the credit card down. review this web site for a week or so, decide what type of configuration you want to go with then make your choice.

If you stay with RR at least you anodizing will match.

Thanks for the input so far guys. I sprung for a RR lower this afternoon, figured I couldn't go wrong with this decision, and will do some serious reading before time to select the other parts needed to complete the build. At least I'll have the numbered part in my hands to fondle whilst making up my mind on the rest of the rifle.
