| Looking to get a new buffer tube for my M&P 15 fixed stock. Looking to put an adjustable Magpul stock. Primary Arms has a Anderson Manufacturing and Daniel Defense 6 position carbine tube both 7075-T6. Only difference is price, which one is the better of the two? |

The brownells one went on sale. I bought another today. |

I usually use the Brownells tubes but for some reason couldn't find them on the their website this time. I have had good luck with them, used over half a dozen now with no issues. I ordered 3 myself this time! |

I notice the Strike Industries 7 position buffer tube is mfr'd from 6061 aluminum. I've noticed several tube makers use 6061, like the DSA tubes. What are the pros and cons between 6061 and 7075-T6? 7075 T6 with proper threading etc...is Milspec standard. |
