Model 1 Sales 20" or 24" with the 1/8 barrel will be a good fit.

Has any one orderd stuff from them before? I was just wondering about quality of service and parts. I think I am going to need some kind of optics to go with that once again any ideas?

I've only ordered small parts from them, nothing as big as an upper.  Most here are happy with them.

Optics are something that I don't skimp on, so I am not sure that my opinion will mean much.  The lowest quality optics that I have installed is Nikon and those are on my hard ridden hunting rifles.  All my ARs have Leupold optics, with the exception of an ACOG and an Aimpoint.  I also only use the highest quality rings.  ARMS, Badger, etc.  If you want good, consistent shooting out to 600m, I would not recommend much else.
