I am looking to mount a hunting scope but need to clear my FSB, what options are there? Or would it be easier to remove the FSB and just install a gas block or gasblock flip up site combo? If I do a gasblock and remove my A2 FSB, what diameter gas block do I need for a Bushy HBAR barrel or is there a difference? Thank you all in advance. |

I'm wondering if you really need to remove it? If the scope has enough magnification and isnt extremely long you might not need to replace it since it would not obstruct the view. But if you want to try something different, I'd probably replace the gas block with a PRi flip up or even just a low pro gas block if the gun is just going to be used for hunting. Measure the A2 that you take off and order accordingly...I believe they should be the same as everything else. |
