I just aquired a Colt AR15 from a deceased family member. The model# SP1 and SN#79XXX. I did notice the it has triangle front grips and no forward assist. It also has a screw at the barrel end of the reciever and upper, not a push pin. My question is should I keep this origional or use it as the base to build a new AR? |
