on my new build i have a s&w lower and just recieved my upper, it doesnt seem to fit very good, its got a little gap and lots of play, i tried installing an accuwedge and it wont even fit.any suggestions. p.s.  upper is a bushmaster. thanks

accuwedge will need to be trimmed to fit good.

this, but be careful not to trim to much, you'll regret that trust me. especially if you only have one.

I had to trim mine in my RRA and I did'nt have to in my Bushmasters.Who knows maybe the accu-wedge is whats off.I think there is a couple of different companies making them....are'nt there?I'm not sure about that.

Dump the Accuwedge and do this.  Adjust the cross-sectional size of the o-ring based on the gap between your receivers until the o-ring does not shear when you close the receivers a few times.  Works great, cheap, nearly invisible, and still easy to get the rear pin in place when you close the receivers.
