| on my new build i have a s&w lower and just recieved my upper, it doesnt seem to fit very good, its got a little gap and lots of play, i tried installing an accuwedge and it wont even fit.any suggestions. p.s. upper is a bushmaster. thanks |

Dump the Accuwedge and do this. Adjust the cross-sectional size of the o-ring based on the gap between your receivers until the o-ring does not shear when you close the receivers a few times. Works great, cheap, nearly invisible, and still easy to get the rear pin in place when you close the receivers.
