I am building my last rifle for a while and wanted to try Cerakote on this one, I have plenty of black. I scoured all of the FDE, OD, Foliage, Burnt Bronze threads looking for inspiration and could not decide what to do. I follow the NST and when I saw one of their 2014 rifles, I found my color. We have three black Noveske builds, massive thanks to this site for giving us BRD, we wanted the red headed step child to add to the family as it where.
Specs: Noveske Gen1 Upper and 11inch NSR with a 16inch Noveske Recon sitting on a Gen 2 lower. It's not for everyone and as a un-tactical as can be but this build was planned for a fun range gun and to add some flair to the collection. Sneak peek of build :
