I've got a Noveske 16-inch FSR AR and would like to get rid of the FSR a-frame sight on the front of the rail. Does anyone know if I can add their switch block to the rifle? What other options do I have?

What's FSR? You mean Front Sight Base. I don't think Noveske sells the switchblock separately. If you just want a low profile gas block, then a LaRue would be your best option because it will cover up both of the taper pin holes. Your best bet would be to send the upper or just the barrel if it is disassembled to ADCO and have them pin the LaRue on.
