What is the exact overall length for a build with a standard pistol receiver extension, 8.5" barrel and noveske kx3?

You'll probably have to measure it yourself if you want an exact number. Different barrels and receiver extensions will be slightly different. Also be aware that the kx3 won't count in the federal definition of OAL unless it's pinned and welded.

I don't have all the parts yet so I can't measure it. Just a pistol build so I am not worried about OAL from a legal standpoint

Well I have a Radical 7.5 inch upper with a KX3 and the over all length comes out to just over 9.5 inch. So on a 8.5 I would guess just a bit over 10.5. But that would only be a guess on my part. You would still need to have it pin-weld to count as OAL.
