Does anyone have any experience with this laser by steiner optics?
http://www.steiner-optics.com/laser-devices/otal-c-ir also, any recommendations for other lasers like this? i'd love to have the civilian variant PEQ, but my bank roll doesn't agree with it. |

Better idea IMHO
Right here. IR Illuminator is key, and the MSRP's are close. I'm sure there will be sales on the single spectrum model to put it closer to the OTAL. BTW, nothing wrong with the OTAL, but having an IR illuminator attached to your IR laser so that you can activate both at the same time.....that my friend is a huge bonus. |

i thought it had a visible later as well, my mistake...but I'm still interested on other options Visible lasers really aren't very useful outside of a few very specific situations, IME. My ATPIAL-C has a visible laser and I only use it for zeroing in daylight hours. IMO, you're better off spending your money elsewhere. |
