Here's the reply I got from PSA when I asked them about it:
"Sir,
I apologize that I am not able to answer your question fully due to it being proprietary information. I unfortunately cannot release any information as to who forged the receiver. Thank you for your business and have a good day.

Thank you"




So does anyone even have a guess?

If it's proprietary info & their lips are sealed then it's anyone's guess. I've never seen that forge mark before. Very intriguing.
