Took a furniture set I purchased from Precision Firearms and mounted it to my Aero lower and CMMG 18" upper to stimulate some range talk the next time I go.
Personally, I've always liked the look of laminate on weapons.

It's in its 5.56 form right now but I use a Polished Ciener M16 kit with BDM mags. I can hit clays at 100yards with iron sights.

Held on by the barrel nut, easy to remove with a tool you can make from PVC pipe,  although mine is steel

My KISS .22 setup. I would get a better picture, but it had to stay at home while I'm at college. No upgrades planned right now, other than a Magpul furniture kit.

Just finished it up this weekend for now.  I just joined tonight after lurking!  Thanks everyone for the great information here!

CMMG Dedicated .22LR Upper (Sierra model), CMMG Lower, YHM Diamond Forearm, XPS Clone Sight, 2X Black Dog mags, Grip Pod.

First time out this weekend and shot all 325 rounds of Federal Target (Kinda Tan box - Not their red one) and not a single FTF or FTE!!!  Accurate and reliable!  It was a blast to go through 27 rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger and not worry about $$$.

Digital stencils, hand cut then stuck to gun and painted, then repeated hundreds of times.. I got tired near the end and just laid stencils over then spray painted. The last gave it more a muted Multicamish  look rather than the pure digital lines from the (stuck to gun) stencil... I used the standard Krylon Camo paint in spay can. I did my Jeep Cherokee in digital Marpat. I wont be doing digital by hand/stencil ever again.

Another pic more easy to spot

Just got a S&W M&P 15-22 A1.   Had it about a month and it seems to like CCI MiniMags and Remington Golden Bullets.  What a hoot to shoot!  Cheap fun.  I will attempt to post a photo.

I'd like to take the mags apart and paint the orange stuff black or grey when I get around to that.  Just mounted a cheap Tasco Red Dot on it for now. Works OK at the range I use.  It's only a 50 ft indoor range.  Might get something better if I join a gun club with a longer outdoor range.

I already posted this in the CMMG board but here it is again.  6.5" CMMG barrel & bolt, Spikes lower, PSA upper, no-name ebay rail.  I screwed up and bought the wrong front sight tower, though.  It's meant for a gas block and is way too high.  I need to get a different one, so for now I pulled the sights back off and I'm just running the red dot. It's quite accurate and fun to shoot - with the dot you can dump rounds as fast as you can yank the trigger and still keep them all on target.  I've been having some stovepipe problems but I've only tried Federal bulk pack so far.  The Federal ran fine when I was using the bolt as a .22 adaptor in my 18" .223 upper, so I think it may need a little more back pressure to function reliably.  It only has a couple hundred rounds through it total so its probably not fully broken in.  Eventually I plan to add a can, so I bet it will cycle fine after that.

CMMG Evo setup to mimic my Colt carbine. CMMG has a Primary Arms M3 clone, Magpul MBUS, CAA stock saddle
and KAC RAS. Colt has an Aimpoint M2, KAC micro rear sight, Vltor Modstock and KAC RAS. Just got the CMMG yesterday
and was able to run several mags through it. After a mag or two, it ran like a raped ape. Love this carbine! Always wanted
a .22LR AR. Money well spent.
