That is a great looking setup. Are you running the Badger 1.70 mount? |

I run the EBR-7F and EBR-7C on a couple of my 16" rifles and have dope on my 10.5" too withe the EBR-7F. Revised: I had dope for the EBR7F, but I replaced it with my EBR9 data for my 1-10x Razor. Sorry folks. Jumped the gun here so to speak. |

This is my favorite urgi clone reference picture. It’s funny they upgraded from a PEQ to NGAL but still have a Weapon light from the era of Arnold Schwarzenegger movies Attached File I really want to clone this upper besides the vfg and weapon light though. Also like the LT660 or adm and T2 optic setup (pic above this post is awesome). Does anyone know how well the badger C1 mounts return to zero if one wanted to keep two “clone correct” optics for the same upper? |

Feel free to go find and read them all again, if you’d like. I had referred to all of those things as the future, or the past (in EoTech’s case), and best options actually monetarily available to the military in mass. Again, did I not end up being correct 100 percent across the board? I had conversations with some of you a good five years plus ago minimum now saying that you could expect all that. The consensus from some, yourself included at times, was that I was blowing smoke. So, I must again ask, whom exactly was it that was blowing smoke? I happened to literally get everything right. And, gotta love the Glock guys...still have their heads buried in the sand, and think the decision was solely about the bid lol. That it had nothing at all to do with the equipment itself. That one is rich, too. My stance for going on a decade now...there are two companies that I will never own a firearm from - Glock or Colt. Frankly, I at least somewhat respect Glock as a company, and know they make reliable pistols. They’re just like Colt in the sense that they seem to attract the most biased and ignorant customers, though. Neither of those companies have done anything special. Certainly not in the past half century, at least. They both have simply offered mid to above average tier reliable pistols and rifles. That’s it. Nothing special. Problem is, usually when you’re talking to a Colt or Glock guy, they’ll often be real quick to tell you that no one else does it better. That’s laughably untrue, and has long been. These threads sure needed their narrative, though. Got me thinking about some news organizations now... Still pushing sig??LOL |

Mine have no movement in the pic slots when installing. Mark the nuts when torqued and then when reinstalling, tighten till the marks line up. |

I saw a picture today of a guy who even had a Surefire mini light on his helmet but had one of those on his rifle. |

Magpul MBUS PRO 45 degree sights on the URGI may be clone correct The Nightforce Brand Military Collectors Grade pack for the ATACR (the one with outside markings like they manufactured under contracts) actually include MBUS PRO 45 degree sights in their accessories pack. See: https://www.sportoptics.com/nightforce-mil-spec-atacr-1-8x24-s-vps-ussocom-kit-jq31-m630-1.html pic spotted on 4chan, not sure if authentic Attached File |

But come to think of it, the VCOG 1-8x also seems to be missing from the clonerifles.com URGI parts list. https://clonerifles.com/m4a1urgi/ |

ATACR, for me. Better reticle, good 1x with more mag to use the better reticle, I prefer FFP, better illumination (even too bright sometimes). I've owned 1-6 Razors on 3 different occasions because I kept trying to like them. I still own both ATACR 1-8's I bought. |

The Razor was ahead of its time with its excellent 1x eye box and thin bezel. It performs especially well at low magnification but still offers 6x for PID and some extended capability. The ATACR, in my opinion, is almost the opposite. Its 1x performance is pretty mediocre, but the reticle is far superior for shooting at higher magnification, and FFP is ideal if that's how you intend to use the scope. For that reason, I think the Razor is about perfect on a short-barrel setup—just like the Rangers use it. The ATACR, on the other hand, makes much more sense on a DMR, similar to how MARSOC runs them. That said, the CQBSS is still king. |

I forgot to mention that my URGI will likely just be used for coyote hunting. I feel it’s almost a toss up. The NF reticle is definitely nice but I feel the less cluttered Vortex mil reticle would work well also for this role. I like both reticles. I guess I’m more inclined to go after which ever one is more forgiving at high/max magnification. Side note, we know the Rangers use the EBR-7F reticle, what about NSW? |
