Guys, I have never owned a Colt upper but traded today on a seperate Colt lower assembly & what is supposed ot be an older Colt upper assembly in 7.62X39. This is a preban with A2 hider, 16" HBAR marked CMP 7.62X39 1/12, flattop reciever marke in large leters on the left side(opposite the ejection port) COLT 7.62X38 , on right side above forward assist- C AF The AF are merged. The BC has a C on the left side. Carry handle has two holes for mounting optics- didn't see any markings on it though. Is this truly Colt & if so what would it be worth in very good condition?
