45 upper so don't hassle me

anyway, from the factory it rotated and then i called them up and read the installation instructions about tightening both a little more each time w/ blue loctite and still rotates.

any fixes besides get a new ff setup?

Set screw is a good idea if you want to drill, tap and bearcat.  Or you can knurl the barrel nut (cheapest part) by using a center punch and hammer to raise the surface in key locations.  Course others here might have a better idea.

Did you give the locktite time to set up.

Did you clean any oil or grease off the threads.

There is a primer that will clean and accelerate the cure of locktite but it's hard to find and it's not cheap.

Drill a hole into the barrel nut, tap and use an 8-32 set screw. Easier to remove in the future than any loctite.

Loctite can be a real bctih to get off later.
