Who can put a midlength handguard on a Oly 16 9mm upper? Need to know if it can be done and who is the go to gunsmith. Thanks |

Yes it can be done. The sight base must be relocated forward, but there are no real technical issues, since there's no gas system on a 9mm. Absolutely anyone who can set up your barrel in their drill press can relocate the base and drill for the taper pins at the correct location for midlength handguards. |
