[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Olympic Mag Problems? Help!!

I recently started my first 9mm AR build and thought I'd go with the Olympic Mags that I have posted a link to below. The problem is that once I pull my charging handle back and the bolt goes forward to load the round the round just hits the bottom of the barrel and will not chamber. Its like the barrel needs to be ramped for the round to go in. It has even pushed the bullet back into the casing and I know that cant be good. So to make a long story short.. ARE THESE MAGS ONLY FOR Olympic uppers?

Yes...they only work with olympic uppers.......the colt system requires a feed ramp that is integral to the mag well adaptor.

Midway is pretty good about returns. I tried one the the same Oley mags in my DI 45. It didn't work and midway took it back no questions asked.
