Does anyone know if an.Omega rail will fit a middie upper using a triangle front hanguard cap? I have a spikes light weight LE upper with standard hand guards but it uses the triangle front cap. I did call Spikes but they where unable to provide an answer

The Omega does not touch the handguard cap because it is a free floating rail hence the handguard cap is completely irrelevant. Heck, you can remove it.

Matt_B is absolutely correct. The Omega Rail will not utilize the handguard end cap.
