I have a T-1 aimpoint.  I have an 11.5'' and then a 14.5''.  Both have back up iron sights by Troy.  Which rifle should I put the Aimpoint on?

The answer is BOTH or It Depends.

Which ever one you will use/find more reliable...or....get another Aimpoint.

T1 on 11.5, then get a 1-4 variable optic for the 14.5.

This is somewhat of the idea that I had in mind.  I was thinking either a 1-4 nightforce or a 1-6 vortex.  Right now it seems that the Vortex is the better optic in the sense that it offers a little more range on the higher end.

I would put the T1 on the 14.5 and get another optic for the 11.5 like an Eotech.YMMV. I tried the 1-4 scope on my AR, but it just did not work for me cause most of the time it was on 4x or 1x. If I am going to have magnification I want a 3-12 or 4.5-16 or a an Acog, so I vote get another optic for the 11.5 and put the T1 on the 14.5.

My BCM/DD 14.5 and hope this pick helps.
