Anyone have photos of, or at least knowledge of how the Ops Inc 3rd Model mounted?
On the front end, did it just screw on the standard 1/2"x28 threads in place of a flash hider? Or did they have something like the Mk.12 muzzle device with an external thread or something? On the back end, I know they had a split collar to lock into, anyone have photos of that? I have one, but it's not easy to see what's going on. |
Taken from the Ops Inc / Allen engineering thread in the Suppressor forum. Ops Inc thread I believe it says there that the can threaded on to the standard muzzle threads. No brake or flash hider like the current AE cans. That being said the picture I posted shows a muzzle device on the barrel. So maybe there were different versions of it? |
