What is the minimum length of barrel required after a standard front sight base for an Ops inc. 12th model suppressor mount and collar to be installed correctly?

I'm trying to figure out if I can build a 16 inch barrel gun, use a mid length gas system, PRI gas block/front sight base, and install an Ops inc. supressor and collar.

Anybody try something like this already?

Edited to add:

How long would a barrel have to be past the front sight on a carbine lenght gas system rifle, to install an ops inc. mount and collar? This would be for an SBR in many other states, but will be for a pistol build here in commie washington.

Try asking Bigbore, he has several shorties with custom collars. IIRC, I also think that it may make a difference on what can you are putting on as well.
