There was no mention of a backorder when the order was placed; now, no mags, and they aren't answering their phones. Any idea what is happening there? Thanks, Moon |

wegs, that may well be the deal, and if it eventually arrives, that will be fine.
Just wish, as you said, that they had been up front about the order. I'm in a similar jackpot with a sight ordered from Novak; I'm getting really tired of the level of fucked-upedness of the anything related to guns right now. Thanks, Moon |

I had the same issue with Optics Planet......took my order for an EOTech and on the day it was supposed to arrive
I received an email stating it would be 69-90 days before my order was even processed. I was livid!!!!! In their defense.......when I called customer service they were great! They canceled my order, (never charged my card) explained what happened and apologized. I bet those poor CS reps are taking 100 calls a day like mine.....they sure had the story down. Thankfully Cheaper Than Dirt had it in stock and verified that when I ordered. It's a terrible way to do business and some of these companies are losing long term customers over it. |
