Mine is several years old and fairly accurate, but I’ve had pressure issues with M80 ball that I suspect to be due to a tight chamber. I don’t shoot it enough to really care to figure it out. If you are a low-volume/high-accuracy user, then it could be a good choice. They don’t offer a bolt carrier with a trip face that can work with an FRT. |

I like mine. I use it as a lightweight battle rifle with a red dot and magnifier. I'm not overly concerned about accuracy, but it does 2-3MOA with ball ammo which is fine. Mine has a Riflespeed adjustable gas block, which is IMHO a must to tune for different ammo and when shooting suppressed. If I were to do it all over I'd save some $$ with the LMR Base model, swap out the handguard for something more rigid, add a Riflespeed adjustable gas block, and call it a day. |

I picked up a POF Rogue with Revolution barrel here on the EE last year. I think it is a very nice rifle. The adjustable gas block allowed me to tune the feeding with the silencer and the accuracy has been good so far. I have not tried more than 3 different bullets with it so far, but found a good load with 165gr Hornady Interlocks for hog hunting this fall/winter. One thing is the adjustable gas block from POF is a bit bulky and commonly touches the hand guard interior. Many replace this, but if I can get 1-1.25 MOA from any expanding bullet I'll call it good and go shoot pigs. The overall quality seems very nice, and I'm looking for a lighter scope currently to help take more advantage of the lighter weight compared to other LR-308 platforms. My 7lb gun is now 11.5lb with SiCo Omega + 2lbs of scope & mount + mag & ammo. Which feels like it defeated the purpose of spending more for the reduced weight. |
