All mid length, 16", 0.750 gas block barrel, 223/5.56, shooting book max (+), with a 77gr projectile.  Fitting under the hand guard is not a problem.  I have a Syrac on a .081 gas port, works fine.  Have a PRI block that I had planed on selling but now finishing a build with a .082 gas port barrel coming in, thinking of using the PRI.

Google turns up few actual user opinions on the PRI block.  Do you have any.  I don't like that the PRI block is not lockable, but has anybody had issue with that.

Google has several post where people poopoo on adjustable blocks in favor of increasing mass or K consent of rearward items.  Seems to me that using a block to adjust the gas flow to begin with is more efficient.  There's also the gas port insert option, not opposed but they are not adjustable on the fly and will increase cost of this build.  Next barrel, inserts will be more viable .
