Is this kit G2G? I've got a spare lower at the house and could build this for sub $400.

PSA has AR kits with different features. Even the least expensive will get you a decent defensive rifle. The quality, accuracy and durability usually increase with the price. But not always.
It's your decision what will meet your expected needs.
The freedom line is a good value for a general purpose rifle.
If you want more barrel life and the ability to leave it dirty for periods of time without much worry, get a Nitrided or chrome lined barrel.

PSA sells several M4 style kits.  The premium has FN made barrel and other parts and well thought of.

I assembled one of their mid-length premium light weight kits on an Anderson lower and it has been GTG.

IMHO, PSA makes good products.

Have had great experience with PSA kits and uppers. I keep buying them and they keep working...

My only issue with the PSA kits are the fact they all seem to come with 1:7 twist barrels.  I am looking to shoot mainly 55gr plinking ammo out to 200 yards...worried about accuracy with the 1:7

55 grain bullets will work fine in 1-in-7 barrels.

I have a PSA kit on the way that I am going to put on an Anderson lower to use as a truck gun. I have read plenty of posts that say they are good so when the Christmas sales had a M4 kit at a good price I just couldn't help myself. Now my piston gun will keep a scope on it for distance .
