As much as I love PSA, I just have to say.....they have some of the worst customer service in the entire industry when it comes to shipping their products out for deliveries. I should not have to come on a forum to give my order number and ask where my order is. I have purchased numerous items from them in the past, but I just cannot take the lack of service when it comes to shipping a freaking lower parts kit that their site says is in stock. It has been 2 weeks now, and no mention of anything. My credit card was charged immediately. I have since then already bought another LPK from another manufacturer that only took 3 days to ship to my front door because I got sick of waiting. Eventually, I am sure their LPK will show up at my door and I will just throw it in my drawer for a next build or sell it away. Very disappointed Until they fix their online shipping issues, they have lost me as a customer. I would rather pay higher prices elsewhere and get superior service. Sorry. I am just wondering if this is the general consensus when it comes to them. Is it expected that PSA will take forever to ship in-stock items? Why is this acceptable with the consumers? Because they are saving $20. Not worth it for me. Frustrating. And I'm sorry, but I am sick of hearing about how swamped and overwhelmed they are. Everyone is swamped and overwhelmed. -Rant Over  .

I really like PSA.
But I also realized that when I order something from them...it might take some time to get to me. So...meh....I don't order from them if I want said item "right now". But it doesn't stop me from ordering their daily deals when I see one I really like. |

Old news, this rant is posted 1000 times all over the board.
PSA has good deals, and you always get your stuff...eventually 
If you are in a hurry, shop Rainier, BCM, or Primary Arms. I have purchased several LPKs from PSA, but never got a single one of them before 2-3 weeks. I shop PSA now for "extras" when the hot deals pop up. If I want it now, I go with the 3 above who have treated me excellent so far with the shipping habits.

BCM is also amazing to deal with.. placed a 600$ order with them this afternoon, it shipped tonight. |

Yeah, bullshit. I have ordered "in-stock" stuff when the website stated give them up to five days to ship and this was before the panic. A good month or so later, I finally got the last three of the four items I ordered. I am in the same boat as others. If I need something, they are no longer one of the places I look to. But, if they happen to have something I want, I will order it and prepare to wait a while. I will normally only order from them when I am working out of state and know I won't be back home for a month or two, and one of my neighbors just puts my stuff in the house when it arrives. |

Don't even get me started on the 5 week odyssey between them and me regarding the replacement of a fu*ked barrel assembly with a 6-7 degree canted FSB on a CHF barrel they sent me and told me I had to eat because I installed it into a receiver.  It took 6 calls to CS, about 2 hours of total hold time dealing with two tards, coming into their industry forum, and posting nice little pic of this joke of a FSB drill job before management got involved, had the thread locked as to not propagate bad PR for PSA before they sent me a near perfect replacement. In the end, they made it right and even threw in a few extras. I still do business with them, but I will NEVER order another barrel assembly from them. PSA drills the FSB's on their barrels in-house. That said their complete uppers and rifles are GTG. The replacement 14.7 barrel the sent me the second time shoots like a champ...

My blem upper shipped next day a couple weeks ago, It sat at ups until the Monday but that was still 4 days shipped counting weekend. Lowers usually take a week,, but that's kind of a given with ffl process. I figured it was because I am close VA, but I see you are also. Even customer service has been awesome. Emails are always answered perfectly .. even when I am asking for stupid shit! The few times I have been in the shop when passing thru everyone is always awesome. Sorry for you bad luck tho. |
