I have done researched this stuff until I think I am more confused than when I started.

What am I missing on these as far as the differences? Is it just the Magpul stuff? Other than a upper, do I need anything else? If one is better than the other, what makes it better? Are these good choices as far as PSA lowers?

The first link is the non Magpul blem version.
The second link is the Magpul version.
The third link is the blem magpul version.

The PSA lowers are good.  I do not have one of their lowers but a shooting friend has that non Magpul lower and it is nice.  I have one of the barreled Freedom uppers and it has been GTG.

To complete a rifle with one of the lowers you listed, you will need a complete upper (barreled upper, handguard, BCG and charging handle).  You will also need sights, a red dot or scope.

The lowers you listed are complete and do not need anything else to finish them.

So, basically I am saving $10 going blemished and $40 leaving off the Magpul stuff?

Yes,

I just noticed the non Magpul version is a blem as well.  My blem upper had one small anno discolor spot and that was it.  Some report back that they cannot find the blem.  I personally think it is just a marketing thing.

If you're going to replace the stock and grip anyway, go with your cheapest option.
