Post this issue in their thread in the industry section of AR15.com
Edit for this......someone posted the same thing in the industry section. Palmetto accidentally messed up with shipping a bunch of incorrect uppers. |
| Do what I did. Keep calling and calling. Get the run around, let them accuse you of not knowing what you are talking about. Have them take it back after they finally send you a label. Wait awhile. Call and call again. Have them tell you the upper that you originally ordered is no longer available. Wait for a refund. Never order from them again. |

PSA is a great company who will make it up to you. Don't stress, mistakes happen. Quoted:

This is my experience and why i do not buy anything from PSA, except ammo and small parts. |

I've bought about 15 orders from them ranging from small parts to ammo to full rifles, never had one bad experience and I recommend PSA to everyone I know. To each their own. |

PSA makes thing right. A reputation can make or break a company. Quoted:

Yes I did email them before I called. I guess nothing compare to the ar15 forum. Right after I posted my compliant, I got a phone call from one of the managers. PSA makes thing right. A reputation can make or break a company. While they DID make my order right when I had a problem, I could not get through on the phone and got ZERO REPLY...EVER from their e mail. Somebody here told me to contact the person who is on ARFCOM via IM and that person fixxed it. Who ever works in their office or whatever just burries their head in the sand and deletes e mails apparently because I e mailed them twice and they NEVER answered. Only IMing the person here got me anyrhing. |
