Ordered a lower from psa during Black Friday deals. Still hasn't shipped.
Has anyone else received theirs? |
| I know their site states firearm orders can take 10 business days to ship. They are pretty backed up from BF sales right now. Go to their industry forum and post your order number in their "Where's my order" thread and you'll get an answer within a few hours. Also sometimes their site does not update when things ship, I have an order from may that still shows processing and I definitely got it. |

| Not uncommon with PSA. Check out their forum in the "Industry" section. Theres a stickied thread entitled "where's my order". I find most PSA orders take 7-20 days to ship but if you post your order number in that thread they will usually give you an update and i honestly think it helps get your package on the truck! |

My 5 lowers already shipped - ordered them on BF.
Do this: Fax in FFL Call (No one will answer) Leave message and speak very clearly and slowly. Say, my name is so and so, and this is my order number.... state order number.. and my FFL is..... blah bitty blah ...and I want to make sure the two get paired up together. I got a notification the next day that my order had shipped as soon as I did that. |

I never got a response but my lower showed up asap. Very odd. |

I sent an email the day my FFL was faxed in (within 15 minutes) didn't hear sht back.... I felt like I sent it into a black void or something.
Good luck. If fact, they called me on Saturday morning.. go figure.. and left me a voice message saying my ffl was all set and straight. So someone is listening to them. |

I ordered a few parts on Black Friday and had them delivered today. I didn't receive an email with a shipping confirmation or tracking number though. I logged in to their site yesterday to check the order status and discovered that the shipment was due at my mansion today. The order was waiting for me when I got home, safe and sound. All good with my order... ...gotta go, viddles are done.

| I ordered a lower on BF and it still says processing on my account log in. But they took my money three days after my order. I know everyone says this is agreat company but I have my doubts. I ordered an upper from AR15brick.com. had that in my hand before they took my money. And it only took 4 days to get here. Was a BF order. |

Busy time of year.. stop looking at your account on their website. It's relatively useless. I have orders that have shipped and arrived months ago and still show processing.
These guys get really slow this time of year. Your orders will arrive eventually. It's not like you are waiting on a tax stamp.... I do hate how they charge your CC right away but if you have concerns, they will cancel your order and refund your money. I have had to do it 2x (second thoughts). They are GTG just slow and busy. |

Ordered a upper & parts kit 12/12. Received shipping confo. On Monday.
Status is showing scans & on the roooaaaaddd. Est. Del. Is 12/19. Definitely pleased with shipping time! 
Now I'm thinking I should have ordered 2... oh well I hear Aero has blem uppers for $52... Darn BRD! |
awe fuck it I'll chime in also I ordered a Anderson Lower on the 25th Pre Sale and still hasn't even shipped. Now I'm in no hurry and know damn well they are slow but damn it boy that's crazy...... And I really cant bitch as I've not even attempted to call or email to ask just throwing my hat in the ring for gits and shiggles...............

| I placed three separate orders before BF and the day of BF. I received all three with in 5 to 7 work days. I did not order anything that required a FFL transfer however, just mags and AR parts. I would guess with the big rush of orders the person that does the FFL check is backed up. |
