| I was also thinking about mounting this to another weaponENVIS Scope it has the same front lens as the pvs-14 and smiliar size.. I'd think I might need a ring mount for it maybe... anyone know about that scope? |

Yes, they line up perfectly. If the pics show otherwise, it's a camera angle thing. They are designed to work together. Note - there is a regular and the short version of the PVS-14 mount. Which one you want depends on where things are mounted. Note my eotech is on a larue mount, and the pvs mount is on the riser of the larue eotech mount, so it gets the low one |

The mount I bought for mine puts the sight picture like thishttp://www.darkempires.com/behindeotech.JPG.. For some reason they put the screw hole in an odd place so I can't use a starderd mount like I do on my PVS-14.. |

The GG&G high mount works very well with the EO on the flattop. It is what I use. The Larue setup is better though, as it allows the irons to cowitness with the EO in the lower third. Does anyone know if a Larue high PVS14 mount sits too high to see the EO reticle when everything is on a Larue EO mount? |
I had a high mount and if you put it on the the riser portion of the ECOS, it's TOO high. Perfect if you put it on the flattop, but my troy buis likes that spot.

The new GG&G Mount multiflex base and PVS-14 ring is one of the fastest I've used getting it off on and off the weapon. Height alignment with the EO is great. Hope this helps. Vic    Maginified thorugh the Aimpoint 3x magnifier and EO.
