Are PWA lowers forged or cast?I've heard they used both.I just picked one up but I'm not sure if it's forged or not.I'm guessing it is.Serial # is in the 13xxx range.

I've heard rumors of cast PWA lowers but I've never seen one. Personally I think it's one of those Internet myths.

Thanks.Mine has a weird hump at the front that made me wonder.Must just be excessive flash they didn't remove.

All I know about my PWA lower is that it was made by LMT. So, I would guess that whatever process they use would be the same.
