I have not heard of this receiver before and considering one for a build.
Is PWA Mill Spec?
It appears to be forged (engraved lettering), in the 28K digit range with the "commando" stamp.
The finnish is gloss black.
I heard these receivers were made by LMT in another search is this true?
Is this a quality receiver?

ask denny from global tactical supply/denny's gun's, i know he has one and he probably has some info on it.

You can call LMT to get the date of manufacture for a PWA lower. All PWA lowers are forged from what LMT told me, and all were sold as just lowers not complete rifles.
