So I purchased this for a new build and had a complete lower laying around. It has an Adams Arms XLP Piston upper. Well I shot a couple hundred rounds out of it and it did well, well I look at my buffer tube (which is supposed to remove carrier tilt) and this is what I see. Is it normal? Cuz it looks like something is wrong or I installed it incorrectly. This is what I would think carrier tilt looks like. Check out the sides of the buffer Detent.

The carrier still tries to tilt.  The pws extra lip keeps the tilt angle lower when the bcg contacts and rubs against it.
I can't really see the sides of the buffer detent.

It's not on the sides of the buffer Detent, it's the buffer tube, directly on the sides of the buffer Detent.

You should be able to turn your buffer tube in one full revolution.  My buffer detent sits in the very back of slot.

Same 2A Balios receiver to compare to.  I don't see any wear  issues I would be concerned with.  My detent is well used and not perfect as you can see.

It's not the Detent that has has wear spots. It's the buffer tube on the sides of the Detent. Are you saying I need to do one more full rotation? (I simply followed the instructions)

It all looks good to me, The piston system will add some wear in the areas that you are seeing it, and the design of the PWS tube does a great job of preventing that tilt from wearing other areas, like the inside of your upper receiver.
