Have a new PWS and crush washer for my 10.3 when hand tight the PWS logo is facing down. Does crush washer have 180* of movement?

Yes, I believe you can actually go past 360* on a new crush washer.

180* is nothing if the washer is new.

Mine was on perfectly aligned, but I needed to tune it because offhand shooting gave me a slight push to the left.
Instead I tried a different model and loved it.

Yeah just back it off and turn down again repeatedly until you get there, just cranking tends to take allot of force.

Wont damage anything if I just go 180 in one turn??

I forget what the torque spec is, think its something like 30ft/lbs max, so long as you don't exceed that you should be fine. Don't honestly know what happends if you go over.

it should, if not you can make it.

just making sure, you are using a barrel vice for this right?

Crush washers are curved. So you can tighten them up until they are flat. I think you can get 2 full turns on them once contact is made.
Like answered above, turn them in, back off and go tighter. I place the barrel in a vise so I don't tweak anything.

Crush washers can go just over 400*.  Torque is 15-20ft.  Start low - torque, back off, torque, backoff .... until timed correctly.  It may take one torque or a few depending where your muzzle device starts from once hand tight.

You DO NOT want to make it in one turn.  It will create too high of torque.  The preferred method is to use a barrel vice but some builds will not allow this option so a block will need to be used - also another reason why you do not want to torque it in one turn.  Also, because the washer can crush and then if the muzzle device is taken off at some point the washer may need to be cut off because it will tighten around the threads if it gets torqued in one shot.

Yes, as long as you were turning clockwise at the end. Otherwise it may unscrew under recoil.
