I've been painting my AR's (and others too) to keep rust at bay,works fine and holds up ok,but I tend to bang into stuff and can wear it off pretty fast. Now I'm using Krylon camo flat black,would like to try Dura-Coat but have no oven...sooo would a heat gun set on high work as an improvised baking unit? And what would it do to the Krylon stuff??
