Does the height of a mounted scope influence Parallax effect? So an AR with a scope mounted on a carry handle experience less parallax then an AR with the scope mounted on a flat top?

The most you'll see using the flat top receiver and standard FSB is a slight shadowing at the bottom of the sight picture.

NO. Parallax will be the same in each scope (assming the same scope), but the higher mount could induced more, if you have a poorer cheekweld, which could cause you to move your head/eye around more.
