just looking for something to have to replace any little parts that might give out, ive looked into a few parts kits and most are pretty nice,
i would just get a regular lower parts kit, but i dont need a grip nor do i want to pay for one....i saw several little field repair kits on CMMG and wanted to know if anyone had any feedback on them? im the type of guy who likes to have spare parts...no i dont need "another spare gun" lol |

hey hows it goin bud? let me start of by saying that im no expert in ths field, and i havent been on this website long either. how ever, i have seen exactly what your talking about. im not shure if im allowed to post on here about other websites, nor do i know how to post the link where you just click it. but anywho, i'll try my best to tell you. if im in violation of terms and conditions i apologize and delete my reply or whatever...
i seen em on cheaperthandirt.com , and they are all made by DPMS, wich according to what i read on this website, is a solid name brand. the kits are: "AR-15 DPMS Replacement Pin Kit All Pins Needed for AR-15" 20 bucks "AR-15 DPMS Replacement Springs Kit All 12 Springs For an AR-15" 15 bucks "AR-15 DPMS Fire Control Kit with Trigger and Hammer and Selector and Disconnector" 35 bucks and finally they have one called "AR-15 DPMS Field Repair Kit 34 Parts Springs and Pins and Replacement Parts" wich seems to have a little bit of each(pins springs and fire control group parts) also 35 bucks. reguardless, i think you would be better off just getting a complete lower parts kit, for the price. cheaper than dirt has them for 70 bucks, made by DPMS. BUT... i remeber seeing somewhere in another thread, that someone said another website had them for 55. i honestly cant remeber the thread name or website though. it was'nt too long ago though, about a 2-3 weeks ago. ill try to find the thread for you, if i find it, ill mesage you, or something.... i hope this helps, Tony
