Saw Perfecta .223 brass case 50rd box for $18.97along with other calibers at Walmart and they had a red price tag which I was told means it was not ordered just shipped automatically. Searched in the Handgun forum as well and came up with nothing.
Thoughts? |

I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, though. |

They may be trying to get in the game, 9mm was $10.97 and .45 was $18.97 both great deals. It's believed to be manufactured by Fiocchi and the 9mm appears to be the same as BrassMaxx, another Tulammo brand. Reports I've seen are decent and I've been buying as much 223 as I can at 8.94 per 50, which is a crazy price. I bought a couple cases of the 9mm at 6.94 per box and I plan to hit the range this week to see how it does. I half hope it doesn't shoot well, so I have an excuse not to buy quite a few more cases - I could have had 6 full cases, plus a lot more in boxes if I was sure I wanted it. It's soooo tempting. |

It's a local price - there's some stores in PA, TN, TX and one or two other states that are running it on rollback at that price. It's not widespread by any means, but I've managed to get about 1500 rounds so far, and think I'll manage to get another 2k tonight. |

If there's anyone in TN willing to buy a whole heap of this for me, PM me please. I'm only about 10 minutes from the Tennessee border in NC but I don't want to make the drive and there not be any in stock. I don't think I could possibly pass up under $.20/.rd after tax. I'd be willing to pay the finder a case or two of their choice of beer

| It's also around $19 per 50 rounds here in South Florida. I shoot 100 rounds of it every time I go to the range. Never had a problem, fairly accurate, not overly "dirty". It's actually the lowest priced 223 available in stores anywhere in my area. I buy 2 boxes almost every time I stop by a Wal-Mart. I like it. |

Perfecta ammo is crap. Fuck yeah, I think i'll pick up a few boxes. Great review jmar93...hope your glad you have one more post. Your comment is shit. ETA: On a serious note though, I just shot 100 rounds and it was fine. Good plinking ammo and if you can find it on a rollback price I would buy. .233 Perfecta/BrassMaxx/Fiocche....its the same round. |

Meh, none of the stores near me are doing it but i did stop by a random Wm in TN that was doing it while on a trip and picked up 2000rds... im sure its all gone now. |
| I bought a box a few weeks ago at walmart for 18.97. Find it hard to believe anyone would be selling it for 8.97, maybe they forgot to enter the 1 in the computer. I shot the whole box out of my Doublestar, they shot fine, no issues. Wasn't able to test the accuracy because it was 10 degrees out and I was wearing snowshoes and gloves. I've shot Fiocchi ammo for years and had no problems with it so if they're made by Fiocchi then I'd give it my stamp of approval. |

I live where the 9mm is $6.94, the 223 is $8.94, and the 308 is $6.94.
A local pawn shop is selling the 308 for $14.50 and the 9mm at $12.50. What a wonderful world in which we live! Link to FB Page of Pawn Shop |
