Oh, yes.  Perma Slik I'm familiar with.  I have a can.

It's "Perma Silk" (title of thread) that I've never heard of.

I have a can of Perma-Silk G that I bought from Georgia Precision a few years ago. Gonna need to buy more soon, hope they still sell it.

This is the website listed on the side of the can I have, but I went to it & it is now Clark's Custom Rifles. Maybe you could try contacting them to see if they carry it anymore.

About a year ago, I ran out of the stuff I'd gotten at georgia precision and found that they were having financial problems or something... at any rate, since I couldn't get it from them any more, I just google searched "perma-slik g" and found a couple of places that sell it. The only catch is that they only sell it by the case (12 or 16 cans if I remember correctly). I needed it, so I went ahead and bought a case and sold most of the extra cans I didn't need in the EE to get the extra money back. If you're tight for cash, maybe you can find 2 or 3 guys here to split a case with.

The stuff that used to be sold by Georgia Precision was made by Engineered Coating Solutions. The place that made the case I got was Everlube Products . Several places make it. It doesn't really matter who's you get as far as I can tell. They all meet the same mil-spec. I can't remember exactly what I paid for the case I bought, but I don't think it was over about $110 - 120 or so. I found the box they came in and it looks like it was 12 to the case. Roughly $10 per can if I'm remembering the price correctly.
