Generally the procedure is based on knowing what type of FS and the brand of upper/barrel. Different manufacturers install them in different ways, how 'bout a little more info???? So guys won't have to break out the crystal ball to answer your question.......  Mike |
| Depends on how it was made "permanent". If it was silver soldered, heat it up with a MAPP torch until it will spin off. If it is a pin & weld, then cut/grind/file the weld over the pin and pull it out, and then spin the FH off. If its a RRA with a pressed on FH, there's a little more involved. |
