I remember a company out there that was producing personalized lowers a few yesars ago. you could picke your model nmber, SN, and i think even the logo.
Does thsi ring a bell for anybody?
is there still somebody out there doing this?

Don't know about picking your own model/serial number, but ANVIL ARMS does custom engraving on your lower for free (for the first engraving).
