Got the original YHM28 4 port and it's pretty bada$$... 2 questions though:

Is the crush washer direction important? (i.e. ======<= or ======>=)

What's the best way to torque this thing down? You have to hold on to the barrel somehow, can I put pressure on the gas block / FSB, does it have to get plugged into the receiver, try to cinch down the barrel clamps in a vice????
