Probably on here somewhere but I can't find it.  Looking to get rid of my13.5" Diamondhead VRS-T handguard for one that is much lighter.  This one actually measures closer to 14" along top pic rail and 15+" on bottom.  Thought of a 15" KMR/NSR but really want to go as light as possible.  I appreciate the help in advance. Fighting the urge to swap out barrels for a 14.5" but this barrel is a shooter!

Here is my 16" ELW upper with 13" KMR.  Super light, even with the light and optic.

The difference in weight from between a 13" and a 14" and 15" rail is negligible. You are talking just a couple ounces if that much. Here is an example. Look at the difference in weight of the 12.625" handguard versus the 15" handguard.
