For those of you using a RDS in conjuction with a magnified optic,i.e 1-4X scopes, can you please post some pics of your setup? Im gonna run a Leuopold MRT 1-4X as my primary optic and want a red dot sight for quick aquisition. I was thinking an Aimpoint T1 on an offset 1 o'clock rail, but I think that may be too much weight. A second consideration is a Dr optic RDS, but Id like to hear what you think as well as see some setups. Thanks JD

There isn't a whole lot of benefit to using a red dot with such a low power scope.

I agree with you to a certain degree. This is my preference for this rifle. I can read your minds, lol no I dont just want an Aimpoint with a 3X magnifier lol.

That's almost a 25% redundant setup. (Is that even possible?)

But seriously, if it was fixed 4x (or greater) then the red-dot would seem more logical.

Still, you can do what you want, but not sure you'd be getting your money's worth.
