Can I install a lpgb and barrel nut on a stripped barrel (govt.profile) after I pin and weld a battle comp 1.5 on?

depends. the barrel nut should fit over it, but the gas block likely will not, so you would have to use a 2 piece clamp on gas block if you want to do it that way.
