Does a pistol buffer extension have to be completely smooth?
I'm guessing it does so you can't easily throw on a stock. Would it be legal to put a VLTOR A5 extension on a Pistol lower if it was filed down smooth?

Is it really legal to put the cheek saddle things on like some people do? Edit: My bad i see there is a discussion going on about this already.
